CBR Effata has been providing vocational training since 1997 with the aim to integrate young people with a disability into the labour process.
In 2023 a total of 51 young people with disabilities has participated in these training courses such as carpenter, welder, tailor, etc.
Learning a skill takes place in the local community through an internship. The youngsters do an internship for one or two years and then receive a loan to start their own business.
